Summary:
The peaceful reign of Neo Queen Serenity is slowly coming to an end. Yomas have been spotted in cities across the world. Serenity sends out her guardians the Inner Senshi to fight the yomas off, but they appear to be stronger than they look. Lady Serenity asks her mother if her and her guardians could help the Inner Senshi. Neo Queen Serenity rejects the idea out of fear of losing her daughter to the new foe. But when the Innners are capture Lady Serenity and her guardians decided to take the matters in their own hands in secret. The girls become vigilantes and Lady's younger brother Haru joins their to team to defeat the new foe and save the Inners.

Extra Details:
This is a coming of age story for Chibiusa, the Quartet, and Chibiusa's brother Haru. The Inner Senshi, Mio, and NQS will be NPC. The same goes for the guardian cats Luna and Artemis.

 Mio subordinate Risshun is in charge of the yomas. His job is to ensure that yomas complete their assign duties and watch over the capture Inners.
