Physical Description (include clothing generally worn): Seiya is lean and tall though not quite as tall as Taiki. He stands at around 5'10" which consists of mostly his legs. His arms are long but strong and fit proportionally with the rest of his body. He has long black hair that he ties back into a ponytail and light blue eyes. His face is sharp with very a defined jawline and sculpture-like cheekbones.
Because of his being a part of the famous group the Three Lights, Seiya has always made sure to be very fashionable. He always wears the latest clothes and is particularly fond of wearing his suits. He doesn't have any particular colors that he likes to wear the most which means he is really up for anything when trying on something new.
Personality: Seiya has quite a strong personality. He's a go-getter, and is not afraid to use any means necessary to achieve his goals. For all intents and purposes he is the leader of the Starlights and is usually the one to call the shots. The only time his senshi counterparts have doubted his logic was when they suspected his love for Usagi. But their doubtfulness was short-lived because even though he loved Usagi his mind and soul was still dedicated to finding their true princess.
Seiya can be obnoxious at times. To be quite frank he's also self-righteous. He loves being the center of attention which is good considering the spotlight loves him. He thinks very highly of himself as a singer and a Sailor Senshi but not so much that he considers himself better than his Starlight brothers or any other senshi out there.
History: Not much is known about Seiya and the rest of the Starlights before they came to Earth. They appeared at the beginning of the StarS arc with the alias of the band Three Lights. They used their songs and their voices to send a message with the hope of it reaching their lost princess, Princess Kakyuu. Once Sailor Moon and the rest of the Sol Senshi got to know them they found that they were from the planet Kinmoku, which had been destroyed by Sailor Galaxia. They and their Princess fled the planet but lost each other while running and they had been searching for her ever since.
During the StarS arc the Starlights and the Sol Senshi butt heads. The Starlights wanted Seiya to stay away from Usagi and the Sol Senshi wanted Usagi so stay away from Seiya. But even with their friends arguing around them they continued to meet up with each other and eventually found out about the other's power. But even after each Senshi group had revealed themselves to the other the Starlights still felt the need to go after Galaxia themselves, because when Kakyuu had revealed herself previously, Galaxia had killed her and taken her star seed. Usagi and the rest of the team went after the Starlights and during the fight each one of Sailor Moon's senshi guardians die including the Outer Senshi. All the while the Starlights were watching from the sidelines, while tending to their own wounds from Galaxia. Eventually Sailor Moon wins the fight against Galaxia and Chaos and everyone comes back, including the Starlight's princess, Kakyuu.
Once everyone has transformed back into humans and they all meet together again, the Starlights and Kakyuu return to their home planet to start rebuilding.

Kinmoku was finally on the mend. Fighter looked around her at small groups of people that had survived Galaxia's chaos, and smiled to see them working so hard to rebuild their planet. Ever since Kakyuu and the Starlights had returned to their planet there had been nothing but tears of relief and joy and as much as Fighter was happy to have their people happy, she was also happy to finally be starting the rebuild.
Looking towards the sky she thought on Earth and more importantly on Usagi. She wondered how she was doing, and if she and her boyfriend had lasted. Part of her wanted Usagi to be happy and with the person she loved and was destined to be with, but the selfish part of her wanted Usagi in her arms and under her protection. She wanted to bury her face in her hair and breathe in her strawberry perfume. Fighter had never felt such a strong longing for anyone besides her princess and it rocked her to her core.
She chided herself and shook her head. She knew better than to think on things that would never come to be. She closed her eyes and sighed as she took a step forward to begin helping the survivors with the cleanup...
And opened her eyes to downtown Tokyo.
Looking around she was confused for a moment. Surely she was dreaming this or having some kind of delusion. There was no way she was back on Earth. But looking around at the people and the advertisements and the pollution spurting out the backsides of cars she had no doubt in her mind that she was definitely in Tokyo. But how?
It took her a while to notice that people had stopped in the middle of the sidewalk to stare at her. Looking down she gasped in surprise. She was still in her Senshi uniform. Taking off at a dead sprint she ran to the only place she could think to go in this state.
