Hmmmmm - having noticed this topic got some activity while I was on my recent trip, and thinking I should read all the way through it from the beginning to see if it really is interesting, I decided to do so once I got back home from it.
Well, now I am back home, and have just read all the way through this topic. And I have to admit it sounds interesting enough to come up with an idea for my own original character here. Since I studied the French language for 4 years back when I was in high school, maybe I could play a French boy who wonders how a Japanese woman can know what's best for the French people. Then he somehow gets the ability/power to become a senshi (I haven't completely figured out how).
If Sailor V would come back to this topic, I'd be willing to put more detail into my idea here.
