For the voting options I had to go by the group each villains go by because you can only have 10 voting options:

Dark Kingdom: Queen Beryl, and The Four Generals.
Black Moon Clan: Wisemen, Prince Demande, Black Lady, Saphri, Rubeus, Esmeraude, and the Akayshi Sisters.
Death Busters: Professor Tomoe, Kaolinite, Witches 5, and Mistress 9.
Dead Moon : Queen Nehellenia, Zirconia, Amazon Trio, and Amazoness Quartet.
Shadow Galactica: Sailor Galaxia, Chaos, and the Sailor Animamates.

My favorites:
From Dark Kingdom: The Generals because I love their back story and PGSM made me fall in love with them. 
From Dead Moon: The Amazon Trio. SuperS made me fall in love with these guys. (hence why I made this poll for the anime section since the manga had these guys and other villains killed off instantly.) They are quite amusing, but scary as hell! They rip out your soul and rape your dream. How is that not scary?

well I like Shadow Galaxia and The Black Moon Clan. To me they seem more colorful than some of the other baddies through out the show.

All except the Dead Moon.

I like both Shadow Galaxia and Dark Kingdom. Shadow Galaxia because they are the biggest and baddest enemies and are super powerful which is so cool to see xD I loved Galaxia's story in both the anime and manga, and I love that the enemy in that arc never really dies because its Chaos and it was shown in the manga that Usagi will be fighting Chaos even in the very far future <3

I also like Dark Kingdom though because of its ties to the past and how their battle is basically a continuation from thousands of years ago which to me is awesome. I love that the reason behind it was because of Beryls one sided love for Endymion, it gave the whole arc a different twist to it xD 

I guess I could say I like enemies that either stick around in eternal battle with the heroine, or enemies that come back to haunt the heroine from her past xD

I like the Black Moon Clan because you see some of them turn good for awhile, but then I am also more to like these villains in Myu and manga form rather than anime.

I also like the death busters, they were stronger than previous enemies and I just for some reason really love witches 5.


I am also a fan of the animamates- they are such kawaii villains.


And of course you can't go wrong with Dark Kingdom- the original baddies.

My favorite villains from the anime are Prince Demande, Saphir, and the Amazoness Quartet.

I chose Prince Demande and Saphir because I remember them as being villains with heart - villains who really cared for and liked some of the girls they were going after.

And I had to include the Amazoness Quartet because I just loved their "never going to grow up" attitude that they had until the end of the season.

Witches 5, I liked them all. Cyprine and Ptilol were my favorites out of them all. Mimette was my least favorite...I think it was the voice. Mistress 9, Sailor Galaxia and the Amazoness Quartet were my other favorites.
