What is Secret Santa?


Secret Santa is a fun way for us fellow moonies to send each other gifts during this holiday season.
You have the option to select whether you want to receive and send gifts electronically or via the good ‘ol snail mail.


How will this work, you ask.


It’s quite simple actually you will fill out a form, the link is included at the bottom of this post. If you find the link does not work please PM myself or Luna and we will get on it ASAP.  You will have until Dec 6 by 8:00 PM PST to fill out the form and also make a note in the thread noting you are participating. Once we have all the entries, Luna and I will work to pair you up. Don’t worry- if you choose physical secret santa, your address will only be shared with Luna, myself and of course the person who gets you as a secret santa and the info will be deleted once we get everything squared away.


What do we do once we have our secret santa assigned?


That is an excellent question, once you get your secret santa, you are free to shop for your person, but please don’t feel like you have to spend a lot, after all it is the thought that counts, that and we don’t want someone to end up with a moon stick and one person to end up with a keychain. You don’t have to spend a lot, but we are not setting a limit on what you can spend, but keep the cost low.


Once you have the package all ready to ship, snap a quick pic and send it  to myself or Luna and also when you go to mail your package- be sure to get tracking to make sure packages do not get lost in transit. That should about do it.  Be sure to get your gifts out by the 15^th to ensure that gifts arrive on time. J
 
For electronic Secret Santa you can PM to myself or Luna by Dec 20th by 11:59 PM CST and a message for your secret santa and we will pass it  their way so it is more of a surprise for them.

We will be creating a thread for people to post their gifts as they get them and once you see your secret santa post their gift you can tell them you are their secret santa or you can include it with your gift- it’s up to you.

I had entered the physical version, yet I still haven't received the Private Message with the details of who I'm Secret Santa for. I'm wondering why this is.

physical secret santa gifters- please message me or luna your tracking numbers with a piccture of your package asap- please try to get your package out by this wednesday to ensure your recipient gets their gift by Christmas.
