Minako Aino is the sailor senshi of Love and Beauty. (In the manga) she is the leader of the Inner senshi and the last one to join the group (both in the manga and anime.) Before joining the Inners Minako fought evil as Sailor V. Minako is silly girl who loves to have fun and dreams of becoming a famous idol. At times she can be serious especially when it comes to protecting the princess. Minako is boy crazy and if often seen chasing boys. She is a skilled volleyball player and is a lazy student. 

Her partner in crime is Artemis! 



Err I mean Artemis is her guardian who watches over her. He makes sure she stays on track especially in the Sailor V manga.

Why I like Venus:

I love characters who are goofy and love to have fun. Best of all Minako is a bit of a drama queen and I just find that trait hilarious. The only down side to her character is her seriousness. I prefer her anime version because her serious side is tone down a bit. To see the best of Minako read Sailor V! It's a great read. Despite my dislike for her serious side I do admire her dedication to the princess. Her friendship with Usagi is beautiful in the manga. 

Show your love for Venus!! 

Venus cracks me up the most than the rest of Inner Senshi. I do love her friendship with Usagi, I think one of my favorite moments from the anime when she and Usagi pledged to take all of the make up exams together. She makes me smile.
