So yeah i dont care for the ending. it left me hanging and I really disliked that. I enjoyed reading them that's not it, but i don't like that there isn't something more. Like what about after they get back to earth? how do we get the Crystal Tokyo? The heck man!? I needs to know!! 

so yeah anyone else out there read the re-release or the manga?

As most people know I never cared for the Sailor Moon manga. XD As a kid I bought random volumes from the Mixx translations. I own the 3 volumes from the Stars arc and I never like how the story progressed in that arc. I felt that the ending was confusing and left too many questions. A few years ago I finally read the whole manga online and I still didn't like the ending! I felt the same way about it too. Hence why I didnt bother rereading it again from the re-release.

Honestly, yeah the ending of the manga leaves you with questions but doesn't almost every manga do that? xD I mean, the authors can't continue the story forever xD I think where she left it of was nice because it closed off the story we had just finished but left the rest to our imagination and I think that was her intention ^^

I like to have closer with my stories. It would been nice if she put a single picture of Crystal Tokyo or something. Kind of like the Fullmetal Alchemist manga ending with the pictures showing where the characters are now kind of thing.

I guess the ending makes people make their own endings?

I wished there was a epilogue on how Crystal Tokyo is like or something. Too bad my wish may never come true.
