PSA: Moon Kingdom is a PG-13 site. Remember that and keep it in mind when you post.

Our rules are fairly relaxed, but please make sure you read them carefully.

Respect each other. This means we do not want religious or political debates, OOC arguments, or any unnecessary flaming. Trolling other members will result in a seven-day ban from the forums. We do not want drama here.

You may only have one account. If you are found to have multiple accounts at any time, bans may be given. Should you want to change your username, you must Pm Sailor V.

Username Requirements
No Canon Names within Sailor Moon and/or names that belong to Naoko Takeuchi can be used. These names are reserved specifically for staff members. However, you are allowed to use prefixes such as "Queen," or "Princess."

Username changes are unlimited allowed with in reason, with a 6 month time period in between. If you want to change your username please contact Sailor V via PM stating the desired new name. If you change your Username every 6 months your request could be denied.

Graphics
Avatars
The maximum image size for avatars is 150x200. Keep it PG-13, or it will be removed, and you will be warned.

You may change your Avatar as often as you like within reason. If it gets to be an issue with members changing their avatars too often, members will be required to pm Luna for all changes and they will be limited to 2 changes a month. 

Signatures
Signatures may be no bigger than 450x150. You may change your signature as many times as you like or even have a rotating one! That's all up to you. Keep it PG-13.
In place of a graphic you may have up to 3 lines of text as your signature.

Posting
If you wouldn't want your kid brother, sister or cousin reading it or your grandma seeing it, then don't post it. If you have to think about it, then it's more than likely not the best idea. There could very well be kids joining the site, so keep that in mind too.


Update as of 8/7/14
No personal Drama on the site as defined by the Admin staff. The only Drama that should be found here is in a good storyline.
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. If harassment is brought to the staffs attention the situation will be dealt with swiftly with an permeant ban from the site, if the staff decides that is in the best interest of the board and it's members.

When you break the rules, there will be consequences.
The first occurence: A warning will be given
Second time: a 7 day ban from the site
Third time: A one month ban from the site
Fourth time: a permanent ban from the site.
